MILLS Community Services takes an personally-tailored approach when providing individuals with developmental disabilities Host Home Companion Care. Our Host Homes enable independence, healthy group interaction, emotional support and focuses on improving the overall quality of life for each client.
Enhanced Quality of Life
Our Host Home caregivers assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with everyday life skills and individual needs, similar to our Residential Group Home program. A couple major differences and benefits are:
- The Host Home environment is the caregiver’s personal home.
- This typically results in the client having a more relaxed and nurturing environment to develop within.
